2. Curated Pairing: Aligning volunteer availability targets with structural deficits identified in neighborhood schools and community activity centers.

3. Monitored Implementation: Executing physical interaction models (workshops, direct pairings) backed by structured feedback loops to optimize senior safety and child learning speeds.
